According to investigators, Walter was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and 28 counts of Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety after students reported panic, missed stops, and erratic driving. Officers documented slurred speech, glassy eyes, balance issues, and multiple clues during field sobriety testing. He has denied being intoxicated.
