For starters, marijuana has a very distinct ODOR. If you are stopped by a police officer in New York and they notice the smell of marijuana on your clothes or coming from your car--then your charges just got very serious. There are TWO BASIC SIGNS OF MARIJUANA: 1. Odor 2. Red or half-closed Eyes If the Police smell weed or see red eyes, then they will probably have the right to search the passenger compartment of the car, and if they find any illegal drugs (marijuana or other drugs) then they WILL CHARGE EVERYBODY IN THE CAR WITH DRUG POSSESSION.
