This is where we’ll see how these remarkable constructions come to life. Our journey begins in the design and engineering department at Perfopol, where customer inquiries are received and complex orders are estimated. Once the technical documentation is complete and sent to production, the process typically takes about a week for standard projects. Notably, the production line requires specialized tools—over 2,000 perforation patterns and 5,000 tools are stored in the tool rack, enabling fully customized solutions. This ensures that every client receives a product tailored to their specific needs. Once documentation and tools are ready, the actual sheet metal production begins. The sheets used for perforation come from certified European suppliers. The perforation process is carried out on turret and gantry presses, known for their high efficiency and precision. After perforation, the sheets are joined to the desired length and rolled into drum shapes. Next comes assembly, where support rings and augers are installed. Finally, the drums are spray-painted to provide corrosion protection and are ready for delivery. It’s a complex process requiring top-level precision and teamwork!
