We start at 观绿茶居 (Guanlü Chaju), an old-school Cantonese tea house known for preserving classic dim sum dishes you won’t find in most modern restaurants. Over on Beijing Road, we tried some famous snacks, including beef intestine from 阿姨牛杂 (Ayi Niuza), and fish skin from 陈添记鱼皮 (Chen Tianji Yupi).
