Goldie's Hardware is up Meador Holler in Mingo County, West Virginia. It isn't the easiest place to find and you won't normally just accidentally drive up on it while going down the road. It is a destination that you have to be looking for in my experience. Goldie's was seen on an episode of the wildly popular TV series American Pickers on the History Channel a few years back. It is a real throwback to the days of general stores and is rumored to have housed Devil Anse Hatfield of the famed Hatfield & McCoy Feud on more than a few occasions. It is a great stop along these ol' backroads in Appalachia.
