When it comes to documenting everyday life ... I thought a "baby" XA50-like camera would be perfect. After some research, I decided to rent the Canon Vixia HF G50 to try out. Here's some of my first footage filmed with the G50. I think it's a great EVERYDAY video camera! It has everything you need to document your daily life. This film was partly shot at the beautiful Huntley Meadow Park. There is a new updated version of the G50 called the G70. It has better display and viewfinder ... so if you have the budget, definitely recommend the G70.
