How to CROCHET LETTER "R"? With this EASY crochet letter "R" tutorial with a pattern to follow a long with timestamps for the important things for you to go back or move on. Attention! In "Part 2 is the curve in the top and joining left and right part together" I missed an increse stitch and a decrease stitch in the next round. The crochet letter "R" still had the right amount of stitches becuase I forgot to add one and then forgot to remove one. Hope you won't make my mistake. This crochet letter is 30 rows high and with my 2,5mm crochet hook it comes out around 13cm (5inc) high 📏. Materials needed for the letter 🔎: ◾ crochet hook (2,5 mm) ✔️ ◾ 🧶 yarn (appropriate size for the crochet hook) I am using two different colors ✔️ ◾ ✂️scissors ✔️ ◾ needle ✔️ ◾ stuffing ✔️ The letter R is made in THREE (3️⃣) parts. 1️⃣ Part 1 is one leg, the middle part and up the side, 2️⃣ Part 2 is the curve in the top and joining left and right part together 3️⃣ Part 3 is the second leg 🔥🚧🎬 USEFULL TIMESTAMPS 🎬🚧🔥 00:00 intro 02:00 start of the letter R - part1 7:55 extending the letter R - with crochet chain stitch (ch9) - part1 14:50 reducing the R - part1 16:40 end of part 1 17:45 start of the curve part- part2 23:40 joining part2 to part1 34:40 end of part2 36:30 start of the "leg" - part 3 46:30 end of the "leg" - part 3 47:10 start of the 2nd R 1:18:45 end of the 2nd R 1:24:15 joining the two letters inner part 1:31:45 joining the two letters outer part 1:47:45 final letter R You can use just one letter (iron it and stiff it ho hold shape) but I made two of each and crochet them together with a single crochet stitch and stuffed them for a more puffy look. ❗ Don't forget when turning corners do a single crochet stitch, chain one (or chain two) and another single crochet stitch in the same stitch. ❗ If the corner is an "inner corner" do slip stitches there. 🔔 I also made two small ch2 loops on top and and two on the bottom to string the letter. You can skip that if you don't want the small loops for the sting to run along.
