Multiple fibroadenoma both breast | Ultrasound cases 490 of 2000 Left axilla: Normal finding, no enlarge lymph node is seen. Left breast: 1. The skin layer is normal. Thickness is 1.4mm in all quadrants. 2. Hypoechoic subcutaneous layer is normal in all quadrants 3. Echogenic fibroaglandular area shows two well-defined, hypoechoic, solid mass lesion measuring 5.9 mm at 01’O clock position near nipple, another one measuring 7.0mm at 6’Oclock position near nipple. 4. Retramammary layer with pectorals muscle layer are also appear normal. 5. No micro or macro calcification is noted within the breast. 6. Doppler finding Normal vascular pattern. No abnormal flow is found in around the area. Right axilla: Normal finding, no enlarge lymph node is seen. Right breast: 1. The skin layer is normal. Thickness is 1.6mm in all quadrants. 2. Hypoechoic subcutaneous layer is normal in all quadrants 3. Echogenic fibroaglandular area shows a well-defined, hypoechoic, solid mass lesion measuring 2.6 mm at 12’O clock position. 4. Retramammary layer with pectorals muscle layer are also appear normal. 5. No micro or macro calcification is noted within the breast. 6. Doppler finding Normal vascular pattern. No abnormal flow is found in around the area. Comment: 1. Feature suggestive of multiple fibroadenoma both breast. However, mammography correlation and/ or FNAC should be done for confirmation and to exclude possibility of mitotic lesion.
