The Interior: The ground floor is comprised of the large entrance hall through the centre of the house, a WC, a spacious lounge with a feature fireplace, a dining room with views out to the pool, a fully fitted kitchen with an island & breakfast area, and two ensuite bedrooms. The first floor has three ensuite bedrooms. The ensuite master has a walk-through closet, and a spacious bathroom. The 4th bedroom is ensuite and overlooks the garden and the 5th bedroom features a front-facing terrace. On the lower floor is a games room with a sitting & TV area, a gym, a utility room, and a nanny suite. The Exterior: The pool terrace is south-facing and has lots of sunbathing space surrounding it. There is a fabulous indoor/outdoor BBQ area with a large, covered dining area. The gardens have lovely mature plants and trees, plus beautiful manicured lawns. Location: Villa Malvina in Quinta do Lago, the beach is only a 20 to 25-minute walk from the villa which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15 to 20-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake. Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing.
