Your nervous system is learning consistency, not intensity. Not perfection. Just steady, predictable signals of safety. Today, we gently shift into integration—weaving regulation into real life without turning it into another task. ✨ Today’s Focus: • Noticing when your body feels even 2% calmer • Naming what helped (without overthinking it) • Letting regulation happen alongside your day This might show up as: • A slower exhale while walking • Softer shoulders • Choosing rest instead of pushing • Catching yourself before overriding your body This isn’t avoidance. It’s nervous system intelligence. 🌱 Safety is learned through repetition and permission—not force. 🕊️ Day 22 Affirmation: “I am learning to listen to my body. Small moments of safety matter. I am allowed to go at my own pace.” This practice is quiet. And that’s how regulation takes root. 🌿
