As he completed his specialisation, Bhagawan inaugurated the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Medical Sciences, Whitefield. Now, after serving in this hospital for over two decades, he says, "I am indeed doing my dream job working in Baba's hospital." Dr Gurava Reddy is a globally recognised Orthopaedic Surgeon and Joint Replacement expert who performs hundreds of joint replacements every year. He is the Managing Director of KIMS-Sunshine Hospitals, Hyderabad. He, too, stretches himself to take care of the disadvantaged and has indeed initiated innovative programs to benefit the poor. "I am indeed inspired by the hospitals set up by Baba," he says, and adds, "There should be 1000 more such hospitals in our society."
