Chennai International Centre hosted the screening and discussion of “At the Altar of India’s Freedom”, presented by journalist Choodie Shivaram. This powerful documentary highlights the inspiring stories of the Malaysian veterans of the Indian National Army (INA) and the Rani of Jhansi Regiment, who fought under the leadership of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose for India’s independence. Supported by the High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur, the event paid tribute to these unsung heroes whose courage and sacrifice embody the spirit of India’s freedom struggle.
