"The Dark Fault" is an analog horror series revolving around a fault, and creatures who emerge out of it with unclear intentions. This is the first video of 'The Dark Fault'. It's my attempt at making a series. I haven't seen anyone make a geological analog horror yet, so here's my take. In 1974, the world watched in awe as the Scorched Cove Fault—the largest fault ever documented—tore through the heart of the Mojave Republic, striking envy into her neighbors, some congratulating her. The fault's formation was hailed, and scientists described it as a once-in-a-lifetime geological event. The reason mostly being, that humanity had never seen such a large fault forming ever, in its history. It was a phenomenon that could change everything they knew about tectonic plates. However, it turns out that the worst was yet to come. ------------------ Faults are fractures in the Earth's crust where rocks on opposite sides have moved past each other. The Dark Fault uses a fictional fault, where unknown entities rise out of it. The Mojave Republic and its Scorched Cove City are fictional as well, and only exist in the Dark Fault series. Seismographs are devices that can record the ground's motion during an earthquake. They help study earthquakes and even detect them. More videos of the Dark Fault are coming soon. Stay tuned.
