No fancy techniques—just good food made easy. 👇 Try it out and let me know in the comments how you’d use this cheese sauce! --- 💡 Ingredients 1 cup raw unsalted cashews ½ cup filtered water ¼ cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp white miso paste 1 tbsp tamari (or soy sauce) 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) --- ⏲️ Method 1. Soak cashews if needed (or use a high-speed blender). 2. Blend all ingredients for 1–2 minutes. 3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. 4.
