This is a recipe for how to cook Chopped steak. Chopped steak goes by many names and some know it as Chopped steak while others, like me, know it as Hamburger Steak. Either way, it is a favorite of mine and I am going to share how I like to cook them. As a kid, we had a hunting club in another county of our state. They had the best hamburger steak and that is what I would get a lot of the time. It always had me trying to cook one at home to taste similar to theirs. This video will show you how to cook a hamburger steak. I like to start mine on the stovetop but finish in the oven.
