Thank-you for watching ✌︎ Click "SHOW MORE" For More Information ⇣ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ⭐︎ INGREDIENTS ⭐︎ 1. 2 packets of Oreos 2. 3 tubs of vegan cream cheese (200g each) 3. 1/3 lemon juice 4. 1/4 vegan butter 5. 1/3 cup of sugar ❤︎ Crush up the 2 packets of Oreo biscuits, I used a pestle and mortar, but you could use a blender or crush them up in a bag and a rolling pin. Place the crumb mix into a bowl. Next melt 1/4 cup of vegan butter in a saucepan on a low heat. When it has melted turn off the heat and pour in the Oreo crumbs. Then I used a cake tin so get that ready and then pour in the cheesecake base, I then used a potato masher to press down all the mixture until firm and even. Then place that into the fridge whilst we do the next step. Next in a saucepan empty your 3 tubs of vegan cream cheese a total of 600g. Also add the juice from 1/3 lemon. Finally add 1/3 cup of sugar, now I used white sugar as it was in the house and I don't like waste. But you can use brown sugar or a natural sweetener. So after putting those 3 ingredients into the saucepan on a medium - low heat melt until smooth. Then let the mixture cool down before pouring onto your base. You can either place it then into the freezer and it should be ready after a few hours, or place in the fridge overnight. ..... I love this recipe! its only 5 ingredients and really easy to make. It tastes so sweet and creamy and it has a perfect texture to it! An amazing cheesecake! But the best thing is that it's vegan :) Enjoy!
