4k Guided Walk along the beaches/seafront & Costa Teguise's main square. Where to go & avoid in 2026

Join me on an early morning walk from Alexandre Teguise Playa Hotel and Playa del Jablillo, round the headland, through the Square (Plaza Pueblo Marinero) and back to the hotel. There's quite a lot that's changed in 2026, and I'll point out where building works are ongoing if you want to avoid the noise. Route : Starting at the Alexandre Teguise Playa hotel and Native Diving Centre, along the Coastal path around the headland to Neptuno Suites and taking in the views across the lagoon and Playa del Jablillo. Past the building works for the new hotel to Calle la Goleta roundabout and the pier. Round the bay past Waterfront, Bahía Beach, The Dolphin Inn and the Cutty Sark. Round the corner to Hennessy's taking in the sea view and on to Beach Bar, Fuel Stop and Namaste India Playa Surfwings and Jable Cocktails Turn left up towards the Square and The Lighthouse, Fund Grube, Pablos, Tex Mex Hacienda, Kalima Chill Out, and Casa Blanca Grill Into the Square (Ireland's Eye, Bluebells, Hook Cocktail Bar, El Patio, Chispas, Juanita Mumba, El Fiscus, Varanasi, the Snug and Bollywood) Leave the Square passing Retro, El Rincon and La Novelera Cocktail Bar. Back to the main road past Keg n Kilt, Big Bobs American Diner , Four Seasons, and Taberna Plaza Tandarena. Back down to Alexandre Teguise Playa hotel passing the Venue, Abbey Road, The Cocktail Corner Bar, The Shamrock and the Claddagh.
