CHINO: This week the median list price for Chino, CA is $774,600 with the market action index hovering around 43. This is less than last month's market action index of 45. Inventory has decreased to 105. CHINO HILLS: This week the median list price for Chino Hills, CA is $964,000 with the market action index hovering around 43. This is about the same as last month's market action index of 43. Inventory has increased to 93 Last Thursday the CPI, Consumer Price Index, was released and it showed a decrease in inflation which is good news in general and especially for mortgage interest rates. As inflation goes down typically interest rates will follow and that is what happened. We saw about a .5% drop in interest rates. We don’t expect this steep decline to continue at this pace but hopefully the start of something good.
