What if San Andreas had a Civil War?

In an alternative timeline, GTA San Andreas ended differently, with Soviet interference causing an eventual civil war in the state between our main characters, Colonel Carl Johnson and General Tenpenny. This is a look into a what-if scenario where the USSR came to dominate the Cold War, and the US largely declined due to its militarism and heavy-handed interventions around the globe to combat communism. The video does not take any sides in the conflict. The events in this video are portrayed through the lens of a documentary, but it is a hybrid one since it contains a story.
