THE PROJECT This is yet another compelling film in the series of films I have been producing with Lancashire County Council over the last few years all about recycling. In this case, the film looks at used oil recycling. We headed over to a used oil recycling refinery in Bootle. This is where Lancashire oil which is deposited in recycling centres across the county is transferred. THE FILM Filming took place across one day. We filmed the interview with CEO Vin Vernon. His interview formed the basis for our choice of additional shots we gathered to explain the process.
