In this video, I teach you step-by-step how to master the rope climb technique for CrossFit. Climbing a rope takes a slightly different type of strength compared to doing a pull-up, but having a few strict pull-ups will definitely make it easier to climb. There are three different ways to use your feet to make a clamp on the rope, as shown in this video. The S Wrap, the J Hook, and the Z Clamp.
