Defend Rojava, defend Democratic Confederalism!

Event held at the European Parliament on Tuesday 27th January 2026, organised by MEPs Ilaria Salis (Sinistra Italiana), Özlem Alev Demirel (Die Linke) and Per Clausen (Enhedslisten). With this event, we aim to provide a platform for comrades from the Democratic Confederalist movement, as well as for all those who stand in solidarity with them. It will also be an opportunity to collectively reflect on the strategies needed to support the just struggle of Rojava in Italy, Germany, and across Europe. In this dark moment, we believe that internationalism is more necessary than ever.
