By doing this, you get more comfortable moving your momentum into the shot and you get better at the footwork of side shuffling backwards for the ones getting behind you. Here I am using the Slingerbag to do this drill. Check out how to put the settings for this overhead feed. Slingerbag court position- Across the net, on the T Height- Up to 40 Speed- Intermediate Feed- Beginner Set it up and try it out! If you are not confident in hitting your overhead, this will certainly get you more comfortable moving in and being aggressive. This will also get you out of breathe fairly quickly, so when that happens just take a moment to do some stationary overheads. How do you like this drill?
