(27 Feb 2012) BRAD PITT'S FAMILY HITS THE RED CARPET FOR THE 84TH ANNUAL ACADEMY AWARDS It was a family affair for Bard Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the Oscar red carpet. With the show just a few minutes from starting, the Hollywood Supercouple headed into the theater when Jolie abruptly stopped and walked back toward the red carpet. There, she took Pitt's parents by the hands and led them to a group of reporters for some interviews. When asked what the couple's six kids thought of them attending the Academy Awards - including their father Pitt's nomination for Best Actor- she said they just wanted them to return home. "I think the kids are happy but the kids are just wishing that grammy and poppy and mom and dad were home tonight because they miss us so...which is a good thing." Angelina wore a simple, sexy, black strapless gown with a high slit to the awards.
