It's been four months since my return to the Cool Games & Comics Shelf (tm) to review a game, so I thought I'd do so with a title I've been wanting to make content on for months (and have been bringing it up as a potential project in Timeout videos (and failing to follow through) for just as long). Tesla vs. Edison was a title I passed on the first time it hit Kickstarter, but I heard enough good buzz about what Powering Up! brought to the table to give the second campaign a serious look.
