In 2021, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bowel & Bladder Endometriosis. I decided not to go with the surgery and instead start listening to my body and undoing the patterns that have created this condition. I recently had incredible results through my new imaging. My endo started shrinking and healing without any drugs, hormones or surgery. The journey required consistency, practice and radical change in diet, lifestyle and a deepening in healing old traumas (which I still practice to this day).
