Passover and The Coming of Moshiach

Shalom Chevra, In today's video, we have a special treat for all of you! Our world-renowned Rabbi Moshe Chaim Eade goes into the depth and symbolism of the final song sung at the end of the Passover Feast. By the end of the evening, most families are just trying to wrap up the meal and go to sleep. That's cool. There's nothing wrong with it. After all, it is an action-packed, emotionally charged evening that goes on for a few hours. But, there is a reason why songs are sung at the end of the meal. Singing is one of the most powerful ways to elevate yourself and your mind and everyone around you. Just picture the happiest person walking down the street. They'll probably be whistling a tune s they walk with a pep in their step. The Passover meal represents our going out from Egyptian slavery and into Freedom! We should be really happy about it. So happy we can't help but sing songs of praise and connect ourselves to the significance of Passover. Personally, the songs at the end of the meal are some of my favorite because every time I hear and sing them it puts me in a mindset of freedom from my limitations and opportunity for new growth. It's no coincidence that Passover also falls out at the beginning of Spring year after year. It marks a time of a new beginning. So, as you are finishing up your meal and singing the final songs, take a moment and reflect on how you have grown and developed over the last year and how you can open yourself up to new opportunities.
