0:00 (Helix Settings) 0:20 (Setup via Helix Floor) 1:48 (Setup via HX Edit) 2:10 (Reaper Settings) 2:38 (Mapping to Reaper Actions) a bit niche, but I might start doing more of these as I learn things I can't find specific videos for. this one's a pretty straightforward process. the actions I have mapped to my Helix right now are play/stop, arm track, record, undo, mute, solo, monitoring, navigate to next track/previous track. played a bit with chaining multiple actions the other day too. like "stop recording, delete what you just recorded, start recording again". if you're here, you've hopefully already landed on the reapertips channel, pretty sure I got that from his channel. he has great workflow/setup type stuff. the background loops were self produced. check em out on Spotify if you'd like! https://open.spotify.com/artist/6hJrv... if anyone actually watches this and wants me to do a similar video for another DAW let me know.
