Race Against Time - A Short Film by Augustine Lungu

An ambulance rushes to save a critically injured child, but one driver refuses to move. As precious minutes slip away, a shocking truth about the man blocking the way is revealed. This Zambian short film was created to raise awareness about the importance of giving way to emergency vehicles. It highlights the dangers of ignoring them and the life-threatening consequences that can follow. Produced by Human Writes Africa in collaboration with Nkhwazi Theatre Club and the Zambia Police Service, under the guidance of the Public Relations Office (PRO). This project also served as my final year film for Year 1(2023) of my studies at Open Window University, where I'm currently pursuing my Film Degree.
