The Write Time is a collaboration between NWP teachers and young adult and children book authors. Guests discuss books, craft, and the composing process, and each show begins and ends with writing prompts that accompany the author's work. For this episode, our guests include Nic Stone an Atlanta native and a Spelman College graduate. Her debut novel for young adults, Dear Martin, and her debut middle-grade novel, Clean Getaway, were both New York Times bestsellers. She is joined by Connecticut educator and NWP teacher-consultant Kim Herzog; Kristin Shultz, Penguin Random House; and hosts Tanya Baker from the National Writing Project and Bryan Ripley Crandall from CWP-Fairfield.
