HELP...They're asking $8000 for an O'day 272, should I buy it, HOW MUCH????

Should I buy it??? Yes or No and if so HOW MUCH???? Looking at this O'day 272 and I'm not afraid to hold back on pointing out a boats flaws to the seller. Not to haggle a lower price but to help with presentation or even fixing some serious issues before selling as I was doing here. I love O'day sailboats. They were ahead of their time. Look at a late 80's O'day in a slip you'll see the O'day looks modern, better designed in comparison to others in this year. The O'day 272 wing keel is lead giving this boat a draft of 2'10 inches. The interior is simple, modern, well designed and spacious for its size(6'1 head room too) . Sails well, I know because I've owned one before. This one comes with a trailer and that's a huge plus. Unfortunately this is in rough condition with a few perks that makes it hard to walk away from the deal. Maybe folks can give their point of view. Should I buy it???
