This video was recorded back in November 2024. Today, we are here at Bukit Puchong to visit AYER's sales gallery to check out their GreenRE event where they obtained a Platinum Certification (Provisional)* for their landed Semi-D project. Why is this significant? GreenRE is a green building certification and rating system developed by the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) in Malaysia, designed to promote sustainability in the Malaysian property sector. It is quite hard for a project to obtain platinum certification because of the extra efforts needed to be done by the developer. They explained it in their event on what they implemented to get this certification, including: Solar water heating Enhanced glazing & roof insulation Other eco-friendly features *Provisional = Certification at the design stage. Final approval comes after construction meets all GreenRE standards. Other than the event, we also went to check out Erica Residences, a landed Semi-D project and Bukit Puchong Boulevard, commercial project.
