In this episode, I’m exploring the hidden gems of Prattville, Alabama, before heading over to the famous Jackson Island (the filming location for the movie Big Fish). It’s a surreal spot where I finally got to complete a personal goal: throwing my old work shoes over the wire to mark the end of the old grind and the start of my full-time van life journey. I also ended up herding a "gang" of local goats and capped the night off with a steak and potato dinner right by the lake.
