After months of hard work, patience, and preparation… the day has finally arrived — we’re finally sailing SV Freedom! 🌊⛵️ What started as a dream has now become a reality. Join Joe and Kristen aboard their 40-foot Northwind sailboat, Freedom, as they take her out under full sail for the very first time. From hoisting the mainsail to flying the 140 Genoa, this is the moment we’ve been waiting for — the wind in our sails, the ocean beneath our feet, and pure joy in every wave. Having never sailed before, this first experience was unforgettable — the adrenaline of an aggressive heel, the sound of the wind cutting across the deck, and the realization that adventure truly begins when you step out of your comfort zone.
