This video explains how to remove and replace the bearings from a BSA30 bottom bracket cup. This process will also work for any other sized BSA bottom bracket cup, with the right sized tools. Doing it this way avoid punching out the bearing with a slide hammer which can possibly cause damage to the cups and definitely will damage the bearing itself.
