Complete Airlay needle punching & thermobonding line for the production of Animal & Vegetal fibers nonwoven materials. Possibility to apply powders (like phenolic resin) directly inside the product. Cormatex lap formair H is a special Airlay technology that produces nonwovens with a unique Horizontal Orientation of fibers, ideal for needle punched as well as for thermobonded products, providing excellent performance with different types of fibres: vegetable, synthetic as well as recycled fibers or non-fibrous waste materials, in blend with low melting fibers or powder resins. Its concept allows to process also fragile fibers like carbon-, basalt-, mineral- and glass-fibers, without breaking them. Weight range from 100 up to over 3.000 gsm and final thickness up to 300 mm makes such a technology perfect for the production of materials for several applications: apparel (light insulating materials); building construction (noise and thermal insulation); automotive (door trim panels, wheel housing and dashboard insulation, trunk carpet, seat padding); boat construction; furniture; recycling.
