You won’t want to miss what’s coming next! 🛒Ingredients You’ll Need: FOR INGREDIENTS PREPARATION Finely chopped garlic-12 cloves Ginger-1 big piece Spicy green chillies-6 Spring onions-7 FOR CHICKEN MARINADE Boneless chicken-150 gms (Cut into chunks) Garlic paste-1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger paste-1 & 1/2 tsp Spicy green chilli paste- 1 & 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 & 1/2 tbsp Schezwan chutney-1 tbsp Tandoori masala-2 tsp Orange red food color- 1/2 tsp Tomato ketchup-1/2 tbsp Dahi/curd- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Green chilli sauce-3 tbsps Dark soya sauce-1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce-5 tbsps Vinegar-1/4th tsp FOR GRAVY MAKING Oil- 5 tbsps Kadi patta/Curry leaves-10-12 Zeera/cumin seeds-1/2 tsp Rie/ Mustard seeds-1/4th tsp Chopped garlic & ginger -approximately 1 tbsp each Chopped Spicy Green Chillies- 3/4th tbsp Chopped spring onions- approximaely 2 tbsps Salt- as per chicken Cornflour- 2 & 1/2 tbsps Water- as per desired gravy quantity FOR BOILING RICE Water- for boiling Basmati rice- washed & presoaked for 15 mins - 2 & 1/2 cups Lemon drops Salt- 3 & 1/2 tbsp FOR FRIED RICE MAKING Oil- 4 tbsps Chopped garlic & ginger-remaining Chopped Spicy Green Chillies- remaining Chopped spring onions- remaining Boneless Chicken-150 gms (cut into small pieces) Salt- as per chicken Green chilli sauce-1 cup Dark soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder-3/4th tbsp 🧑🏻🍳Steps To Follow: Chop garlic cloves, ginger, and spicy green chillies finely. Chop both white & green part of spring onions. Cut boneless chicken into chunks. To marinate boneless chicken for gravy, add garlic paste, ginger paste, spicy green chilli paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Schezwan chutney, tandoori masala, orange red food color, tomato ketchup, dahi, green chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and vinegar. Keep it aside for sometime. For making the gravy, in a vessel, heat oil, turn the flame to low and then add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Within 10 seconds add finely chopped garlic, ginger & spicy green chillies. Next, add chopped spring onions and after 10 seconds, add the chicken marinade. Add very little water to remove the marinade completely from the bowl. Mix well and add salt as per Chicken. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes till the chicken is cooked. Wash & Pre-soak basmati rice for 15 minutes. For boiling rice, boil water in a large vessel, and then squeeze lemon drops & add salt. Add the basmati rice and stir well. Boil the rice for 15 to 20 minutes on high flame. To check if the rice is done, take a grain and break it into pieces if it breaks into four easily, the rice is done. Next, strain excess water out in a strainer and keep it to cool. For making fried rice, heat oil in a large vessel. Then add chopped garlic and ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Next add chopped spicy green chillies and sauté for 10 seconds. Next add chopped spring onions and cook for 2 minutes on high flame while continuously stirring till it reduces in size and changes color. Next add boneless chicken and add salt according to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes till the chicken is done. Once the chicken is cooked, add green chilli sauce, dark soya sauce, and black pepper powder and give it a good mix. Turn off the flame and let it cool. Once both the rice and the mix are at room temperature, transfer the rice in the mix and combine well. When there are 15 to 20 minutes left to serve, keep the vessel of fried rice on a tawa for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame so that the fried rice heats up well. When it’s time to serve the gravy, add corn flour, mixed with water on high flame and keep stirring continuously. Cook for 5 mins and then serve. 🎬Try It Now & Share Your Creations!
