Under this year's symoposium theme of 'Strenghtenening Health Systems for Emergencies', our humanitarian focused panel explored lived experience of health systems in crisis; emergency response; current patterns and trends; significant unmet operational needs; research that will drive policy innovation; mitigating public health inequalities and the role that academia can play in this space.
