DAY IN THE LIFE: First Visit to Ralph’s Coffee at Fashion Island + Teaching Vinyasa & Yoga Sculpt Come spend a few days with me. A mix of coffee shop moments, teaching yoga, and the little conversations that make the week feel full. I finally went to Ralph’s Coffee for the first time, located inside Fashion Island. If you love coffee shops with a strong aesthetic and thoughtful design, this one is such a fun experience. The space has that classic Ralph Lauren feel. Deep green tones, polished wood, crisp white cups, and a timeless coffee shop vibe that feels both cozy and elevated. It is one of those places where you notice all the little details. The merch is part of the charm too. Hats, mugs, and pieces with the signature Ralph’s Coffee branding that make the visit feel a little like stepping into the Ralph Lauren world. It is definitely a spot where you want to sit for a bit and soak in the ambiance. Then throughout the week I head to the studio to teach my classes. One day I teach Vinyasa. The lighting is soft and grounding, the music builds slowly, and everyone settles into that steady rhythm of breath and movement. Vinyasa always feels like a moving meditation to me. Another day I teach Yoga Sculpt, which has a different kind of energy. The music is more upbeat, the room feels energized, and everyone is moving with strength and focus. Some of my favorite moments are actually before and after class. The quick check-ins with students before we begin, the conversations about how they are feeling that day, and the sense of community that builds week after week. And after class, when everyone lingers for a few minutes, glowing and talking before heading back out into their day. Coffee shop discoveries, teaching yoga throughout the week, and the little rituals that help me stay grounded.
