NEW FACEBOOK PAGE - / backyardchefscasualkitchen NOTE: You have to answer all membership questions to join it's fully automated and accept group rules Ingredients (Serves 4) For the Filling • Leeks, trimmed and sliced: 2 large | ~300 g | 2 cups • Butter: 1 tbsp | 15 g • Salt & black pepper: to taste • Grated sharp cheddar cheese: 150 g | 1¼ UK cups | 1½ US cups • Soft flour tortillas: 6 medium (20–22 cm / 8 inch) For the Cheese & Mustard Sauce • Butter: 30 g | 2 tbsp • Plain flour: 30 g | 2 tbsp • Whole milk: 300 ml | 1¼ US cups | 1⅕ UK cups • Strong cheddar cheese: 100 g | ¾ UK cup | 1 US cup • English mustard (or Dijon): 2 tsp | 10 ml • Worcestershire sauce: 1 tsp | 5 ml • Salt & pepper: to taste • Optional: pinch of cayenne or paprika Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
