KAYA Climate Solutions - Growing a Nature-Based Future

At KAYA, we believe it is only through working with nature we will create a healthier planet and a more resilient, low-carbon future. As KAYA grows, we will be working across a number of intervention types that are determined by an understanding of the impact we can make on climate, biodiversity and local communities. These nature-based solutions projects are designed to adhere to a stringent verification and certification process, abiding by methodologies approved by regulatory bodies. Our first projects are in the fields of reforestation, agroforestry, and fire management, with potential expansion into other nature-based solution types such as grassland management, REDD+ and regenerative agriculture. Under these themes, projects will take different forms, but all in partnership with local communities and all with the goal of sustainability and profitability so the benefits can be shared.
