Easily the most difficult part of this trio and probably the most difficult trio if running this part legit. It requires the person swording and the person holding the heart to be in perfect sync with one another. The main strategy is to use sword hits along the way in order to boost your teammate. There are 2 main hits that must be done correctly in order for this to be done. The first is the hit that is done right after exiting the mouth. This is normally done on the floor as it is much more consistent. You can also do what is known as a "cheek". This is where you launch the player from inside the mouth. Person holding the heart stands on the cheek to the left of the tongue. We did floor for these runs. Types of Hits: ~Right Click Drag (Heart Holder does NOT jump and "drags" toes on the floor) (STAND STILL) ---------This is only done for the initial hit outside of the mouth. The Heart Holder stands completely still. Just pray you dont get sworded to no health. ---------The Sword person simple does a right click into the person. Then just follow the Heart. ~Left Click Drag (STAND STILL) ---------The Heart Holder again drags his toes on the floor. With this hit, the heart holder can do a hop after dragging their toes. This is done to maintain momentum OR hop over enemies usually. ---------The Sword person here will jump, left click, and then swap weapons in order to maintain momentum and send the Heart Holder further. ~Left Click Jump (STAND STILL) ---------The Heart Holder here must jump right after the initial push is made with the sword. He can use the mini map to see when his teammate is about to hit him with the sword. ---------Nothing changes with the sword person here. This hit is the same as the Left Click Drag. ~Dad Swing (STAND STILL OR ONLY HOLD W/FORWARD) ---------The simplest of the bunch. The idea with this swing is to make as many small pushes throughout the run to give yourselves even more time. ---------The Heart Holder here can either line himself here with something and stand still OR can decide to hold ONLY THE FORWARD KEY. DO NOT STRAFE AT ALL. After the swing, depending on the direction that you need to go, the Heart Holder can decide to drag his toes and not to a hop OR do a hop to maintain momentum. ---------The Sword person simple does a regular left click for this. Nothing else to it. After the initial hit. A dad swing can be used when going into second room. Next comes the most important hit of the run. When entering lava room, the sword holder should clear both Phalanx on the center platform. By this point the Heart Holder should be lined up and ready to be hit. The Sword person should then perform a left click jumper. At the moment that the person with the sword makes contact with the Heart Holder, the Heart Holder should hop to get as much distance as possible. Ideally you clear the middle circle platform and can do a hop over the last piece of geometry before clambering to the platform where the other Phalanx are sitting. After the Sword person swings, they should immediately look to catch up AND take out the Phalanx. Either use your wave frame or T crash to kill them. Its important they do not push the Heart Holder. After exiting lava room, you want to spot whether you will be heading trees or rock and make the callout. Then line yourself up with the bench like we do in the video. This should be a dad swing with the option to just drag or hop depending on what side you are heading. If you are heading trees, do a hop over the adds spawning. If you are heading rock, just drag your toes. At this point the second person will be TP'ed out of the room and its up to the final player to clear the encounter. The final person should swap to tractor just before the person gets TP'ed. Once the other person has TP'ed, the person should tractor an enemy near them, pick up the Heart and head down the corridor. Ideally they still have Scientific Method procked by the time they get to the first Phalanx. This is so they can just do a hop over the Phalanx. After that proceed until you are you are at the second phalanx. You want to either side step the push OR have the phalanx push you against the wall. That way you lose as little time as possible. Finally drop down the hole and make your way to slam. If you're coming from tree side. The slam at the bottom is to your right. If coming from rocks, the slam is to your left. About 75% percent of the way down start to hold W/forward. Then slam. Make sure to have 100 mobility doing this. Leave any questions or comments down below! I may make a detailed video of this.
