Winterbloom's "Castor & Pollux" Juno-106-insprired Eurorack oscillators controlled by Pd to create a canon in real time. Ok. So, yeah, this patch is a repeat (   • Canon in Pd (Simple Algorithmic Counterpoi...  ), but I couldn't resist here. I love the idea of the two oscillators in "Castor & Pollux" dual oscillator having distinct personalities, and so of course they should sing in canon. Pure Data patch is generating a first-species canon at the 5th. Inspired by this video -    • Improvising a canon #1: at the 5th above.mp4   This patch randomly selects "safe" intervals (unison, up a 5th, up a 3rd, down a step, down a 4th), that will produce a consonant canon at the 5th.
