In this video, we show you How to Make Soft Mini Vitumbua at Home. Vitumbua is an East African coconut rice pancake and absolutely delicious. My parents grew up eating Vitumbua in Tanzania and Kenya, and we also grew up to love them at home. We have made a Vitumbua recipe before where we showed you how to make them without a pan, and now we were able to source the vitumbua pan (also known as an Appam Pan) so we decided to make the mini versions to show you all how they are made. For the Mini Vitumbua Recipe, you will need: 1 cup rice (soaked overnight).
