Tips and advises: good to use a torque wrench with specific torque values for all the bolts and screws tightening, but if you didn’t have one, you can simply tighten by hand, just make sure you do not over tighten and stripped the threads. If you look at my video, I hold my wrench or Allen key very near to the top. This will prevent me from using too much strength during tightening. Do not over tightened the fixing bolt. Otherwise your crankset will be compressed too much and become very stiff. Tighten the left crank drive screws only after you had tighten the fixing bolt. Chainring should be aligned with center rear sprocket. Wiggle the crank arms left and right to make sure no free play. Add bottom bracket spacer if necessary. Proper Bottom bracket torque value is 34.5~49.1Nm. It is always good to use correct torque value if you have a torque wrench tool! This is one of the upgrade that many riders are doing. For my case, i cut away total of 114g with Hollowtech upgrade.
