Anyone who knows me know that I love Bare Knuckle Pickups, so I knew I wanted to try something in my PRS from BKP. The Bare Knuckle Silos are a somewhat popular choice I have noticed among PRS owners who swap out their original pickups so I figured this video might be of interest for anyone out there with a PRS Custom 22 and thinking about Bare Knuckle Pickups, specifically the BKP Silos. I also upgraded the wiring harness to a Mad Hatter Guitar Products solderless system. This removed the original 5 way rotary switch and now I have a three way selector with CTS push/pull tone pot for a total of 6 tonal variations.
