Hey guys! Super excited to complete this trilogy of jokes. Thanks for sticking around for part three out of three. So this joke is making fun of blind people. Initially, it paints them as competitive with their disability. The idea that blind people would be so competitive against colorblind people is absurd, and that's why it works. This joke is kind of clunky, because the tone shifts so much, but I think the second in the list of what blind people say to me helps smooth the transition. This part of the joke ends with me looking like a bad guy, which usually works as long as the joke is lighthearted and outlandish enough. Enough to make you think "Oh, he's clearly joking about this." If you make yourself look like a genuinely bad guy, that isn't funny at all! Stevie Wonder is a famous musician, who happens to be blind. Me comparing myself to him implicitly compares colorblindness to complete blindness in a serious way again (as previously explored), and adds a little bit of shock value for the audience.
