In this video, we provide a complete solution for mic, loud speaker, and ear speaker problems in the Samsung J7 Prime SM-G610. If the person on the other side can’t hear you, or you can’t hear them, or if there's no sound from the speaker, this step-by-step guide covers hardware troubleshooting, component replacement, and repair techniques. Follow this tutorial to fix audio problems in Samsung G610 easily and effectively. Step-by-Step Instructions: Power off the Samsung SM-G610 completely. Remove SIM tray and back cover using a plastic pry tool. Unscrew and remove the midframe to access internal components. Disconnect the battery to prevent short circuits. Locate the mic on the charging sub-board. Inspect the mic hole for dust or blockage. Clean the mic area using a soft brush and isopropyl alcohol. Replace the sub-board if the mic still doesn’t work. If problem persists, test mic lines on motherboard with multimeter. Trace mic lines to their source; jumper broken lines if needed. For ear speaker, disconnect and inspect the ear speaker flex cable. Clean both the flex and connector with alcohol. Test with a working ear speaker; replace if faulty. Inspect ear speaker filter or coil near connector. Replace if damaged or burnt. For loudspeaker, inspect speaker box at bottom of phone. Remove dust or dirt inside speaker mesh. Replace speaker module if sound is distorted or no sound. Check speaker flex connection and clean the pins. If speaker still not working, inspect sub-board for damage. Replace sub-board if faulty and test again. Trace speaker circuit using multimeter for continuity. If needed, replace speaker filter or diode near connector. Check sound IC (if present) near PMIC area on motherboard. Reflow or replace sound IC if issue persists across all audio. Test by placing a call and using voice recorder to confirm mic. Use test code #0# and select speaker, ear, and mic tests. If all working, reassemble the phone completely. Tighten screws, reattach back cover and insert SIM tray. Power on the phone and test all audio functions again.
