Relapsed clubfoot in a 8 year old girl

Here I am sharing a case of Relapsed clubfoot in a 8 year old girl. She was initially treated with the PONSETI CASTING AT BIRTH. Unfortunately it relapsed at the age of 8 and she was seen walking on the lateral border of the foot with dynamic supination. We performed a CUBOID OSTEOTOMY to shorten and straighten the curved lateral border, a tendoachilles lengthening to correct her equinus and a tibialis anterior transfer to the lateral cuneiform to correct her dynamic supination. Ideally, We should finish treating clubfoot at birth and follow the doctor's advice properly to avoid or minimise the chances of relapse during growth.
