Close to 10 tonnes of free weights, featuring dumbbells up to 60kg. A complete range of plate-loaded machines, rigs, racks, lifting platforms, and cable machines for every strength training need. 🏃‍♀️ In the Cardio Room: This expansive area boasts 70+ pieces of premium Life Fitness SE4 cardio equipment, including: 5 Power Mills, 24 Treadmills, 5 Arc Trainers, 15 Upright Bikes, 8 Cross Trainers, and 2 Recumbent Bikes. 🚴‍♂️ A spin studio equipped with 40+ Life Fitness indoor cycles for an unbeatable group workout experience.
